"You CAN teach an old dog new tricks!"

I'm working with a new, fantastic client on a series of UXR training for their product team. My 45+ tools and templates are included in these workshops (and often customized to be more meaningful and relevant). I heard this great feedback from them today. Yea!

She was referring to our Curiosity Tank "Discussion Guide" template that includes a chart at the end. People who author the discussion guide are instructed to cross-reference their research goals/objectives with each question posed in the guide.

Aligning the information in this way helps to ensure:

  1. Each goal/objective has questions in the guide that support it

  2. Each goal/objective has the right amount of questions in the guide in proportion to the weight of each goal/objective (not all goals/objectives are equal!)

  3. Extraneous, missing, and or redundant questions can be evaluated and addressed before research sessions begin

Here is a screenshot of that specific section of the template. I hope you find this tactic useful!

Thank you KC!!!
