PLEASE JOIN ME in congratulating our Fall 2023 "Ask Like A Pro" cohort! They completed an astounding 80 interviews, exceeding our initial goal of 40-56 sessions. They produced journey maps, recommended criteria for further segmentation, identified MVP requirements, compiled a SWOT analysis, culled a list of prioritized new products and services to explore, and so much more, for our cohort project sponsor Blurb books.
Their outstanding stakeholder collaboration culminated in a 200+ page slide presentation with participant key quotes and highlight reels, as well as clear, actionable short-term recommendations and long-term research considerations for our project sponsor.
Every single one of them grew their user research hard and soft skills and became more confident in their UXR skills as a result!
Our Fall 2023 cohort (our 13th cohort!) is now a wrap and it has been a fantastic, exciting, and challenging journey.
