Share your experiences with Zoho Forms

A colleague is using Zoho Forms to gather survey feedback quarterly. These are simple, 10-15 question surveys with basic branching. I don't have prior experience with this platform, and I'm unfamiliar with its capabilities (other than what is listed in their website and on G2 crowd). Additionally, I've never had a client use Zoho for this purpose, nor have I heard of anyone employing Zoho in this capacity before.

I'd love to hear from those of you who have experience with it for surveys. If so, what led you to choose this platform over others? 🤔
