​The project came with many challenges but also great learnings. Asking the right questions, to the right people, in the right way, the importance of collaboration with your stakeholders, frameworks, available tools, best practices, and yes, how to identify fraudulent participants. I was shown how to be a better researcher from an ethical point of view. I learned to value all beautiful minds, to listen carefully to all questions, to appreciate the time and effort of all participants (regardless if they qualify or not) and the importance of compensation. It's been a great experience and I truly feel I learned from one of the best.​

Understanding the difference between findings and insights was eye-opening. And that findings don't always equate to insights.
