Understanding the difference between findings and insights was eye-opening. And that findings don't always equate to insights. Even though I have experience drawing out findings from other journalistic work and research work, this was different. But ultimately talking with the stakeholder about top-level findings and themes, seeing their surprise in some of them and realizing how my work will have a true impact, was really exciting and instilled a lot of confidence.
