• 33 hours of training (recorded and live instruction)

• 18 one-on-one and group office hours (optional)

• Dozens of hands-on activities to put theory into practice

• Mentoring and ongoing feedback on your research project

• Community support and networking opportunities

• 33+ tools, templates, checklists, swipe files and other user research resources

• Certificate of completion
