I learned a lot, especially how to conduct better interviews. Before, I thought interviews weren’t difficult, that you just asked questions and got answers. But you really have to think about the questions and how to keep things moving. I learned how to interact with participants better and use my improv skills. And that’s a key skill for a UX researcher and I am more confident in that now.
