Dovetail to manage ResearchOps? I'm consulting with a team to help improve their UX maturity, user research acumen, and related partnerships and processes. They have made incredible progress in the past three months and it's absolutely thrilling to watch this take shape and see them thrive!

This week they begin piloting Dovetail to help manage their user research projects, documents, and collaboration - throughout the entire lifecycle of their UXR projects.

Here is the setup we are testing. Each phase has a culturally relevant interpretation of my Curiosity Tank tools and templates and links to examples.
