"Ask Like A Pro is a 'learn-by-doing' program for growing user researchers to get hands-on experience conducting actual product research. Our project sponsor for the fall cohort is Team.ai and #UsabilityHub. Their founders and senior staff will serve as stakeholders for Ask Like A Pro students.

Michele Ronsen, an expert researcher and educator, guides students through the 8 week, online mentorship step by step.

Ask Like a Pro provides up to:

• 40 hours of training (recorded and live instruction)

• 18 one-on-one and group office hours (optional)

• Dozens of hands-on activities to put theory into practice

• Mentoring and ongoing feedback on your research project

• Community support and networking opportunities

• 45+ tools, templates, checklists, swipe files, and other user research resources

• Certificate of completion
