We launched “Observer” seats in this weekend’s “Ask Like A Pro” PLAN class. Observer seats provide another way to learn about user research at a reduced rate. The Observers loved it and it looks like we can scale this to support more “temporary, accidental and aspiring researchers” with this approach!
